Warranty

In the event of a defect or fault with a vehicle purchased from our dealership, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the vehicle to us for assessment and potential repair or replacement under warranty.

We kindly request that the customer notify our service department of the issue prior to returning the vehicle, so we can provide guidance on the best course of action. We strive to make this process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the vehicle to our dealership, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any costs associated with the delivery of the vehicle to our location, including but not limited to fuel, mileage, transportation, or potential roadside assistance, will be borne by the customer.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your rights under UK law, please refer to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
